Our History

Dr. Castle has evolved an approach to address the most significant public health issue impacting older adults. These two distinct but related programs are intended to shift attitudes of older adults and healthcare to significantly improve health span. #MaximizeMomentum to help older adults and their healthcare providers understand changes in mobility and adapt and #Never2Ol2GetFit! to individualize exercise programs to chronic conditions.
